Welcome to our world of cocker spaniels. We are the proud owners of three cocker spaniels. We have been actively showing since 2003; however both of us have owned dogs for since 1994.
The Luthame affix is based on our first show dog Finley (Kinsdale Kind of Magic with Luthame), who gave us such much enjoyment and success in the show ring. The affix is a combination of the two canine societies in which he won BOB at their premier open shows and thereby qualified him for Crufts.
Our kennel is small at present; we are currently showing two cockers Bentley and Jack, whilst Darcy takes a well earned rest.
We are hoping in the next year to have the opportunity to have a litter of puppies by one of our boys.
We owe many thanks to our friends in the show world who have help, advised and supported us and more importantly encouraged us.
We strongly believe that all dogs should be shown to the relevant breed standard :- Cocker breed standard or American Cocker breed standard; although you will see dogs that are a variation to the this. No dog will match the standard completely but you aim to be as close as possible.
